This is the space dedicated to Miguel Cobo’s traditional cuisine, part of the Cobo Estratos project. His approach is rooted in updated classic cooking, crafted with top-quality ingredients and an extensive, varied menu. Highlights include the rock mussel tigre and the Burgos black pudding, served grilled or fried. Other standout dishes are the scorpionfish terrine, ajo blanco and the poularde cannelloni, along with a carefully curated selection of grilled meats and fish. The space, with an avant-garde aesthetic and dressed tables, takes care of all the details. A pleasant experience.
