Founded in 1959, this roadside bar-restaurant is the most iconic in Spain. It is a must-stop for anyone travelling north along the Burgos road. It is impossible to pass by without trying their famous eggs with black pudding. Other signature dishes include suckling lamb, roast suckling pig and rice with lamb.
