This restaurant is located in a rural hotel nestled in the Sierra de Gata, very close to the Portuguese border. The building once housed a textile factory and an olive oil mill. The spacious dining room has high ceilings, large windows and eclectic décor. As for the cuisine, their tradition-inspired menu includes land and sea starters, a section of seafood platters that have to be ordered in advance and regional meats. There’s also a daily set menu and a tasting menu. The extensive wine cellar boasts a private collection of historic vintages from Marqués de Riscal.
