The menu is varied, featuring dishes ranging from sea bass ceviche, red prawn rice and steak tartare over bone marrow to a roasted suckling lamb shoulder. Flavourful dishes, beautiful presentations and served in generous portions. Guests can choose between the à la carte menu, a tasting menu and group menus.
