The Hernández Talaván brothers, with David and José managing the dining room and Alejandro in the kitchen, offer in their hometown a modern take on traditional cuisine, with top-quality Extremaduran products as the protagonists. The restaurant is divided into two areas: an underground cellar for casual à la carte dining and a more elegant dining room with linen-draped tables, where guests can choose between two tasting menus featuring creative and well-executed dishes that surprise. It also has an extensive, well-curated wine list and a friendly service. Booking is essential. A hidden gem.
