This Mexican bistro moves beyond the usual clichés, exploring different regions of the country through traditional recipes reworked in a contemporary style. The menu features Aztec soup, green coriander gazpacho, golden ceviche, aguachiles, tostadas and tacos, before finishing with a cajeta flan scented with brandy. The long, warm space changes pace as the day goes on and becomes livelier at night, with live music at weekends and generous opening hours for late dinners.
