This ground-breaking roadside venue is located in the small village of Villacarriedo. It serves creative and sustainable vegetarian cuisine that blends Cantabrian flavours with Mexican and Asian notes. The short à la carte menu changes constantly due to the seasonality of the ingredients. Curry, sauces and tasty emulsions. An interesting wine list packed with very reasonably-priced labels from small producers. The décor is based on sustainable materials, wood and handicrafts, harmonising perfectly with the food.
