One of the few places in the Valencian Community that fuses haute Italian cuisine with a touch of Mediterranean creativity. Standout dishes include ham cooked on the bone with black truffle, artichokes confit with guanciale and Parmesan, and lobster ravioli with rockfish sauce. They offer a tasting menu and a lunch menu, the latter at a very good price. The wine list combines Italian and local labels. The establishment has three distinct spaces with sophisticated and elegant decor. A unique culinary experience not to be missed.
