A tavern specialising in traditional cuisine, vermouths and wines, including sherries. It offers a tapas menu, complemented by off-menu specials, and a set lunch menu that changes weekly and always includes a hearty stew such as cocido montañés, fabada or marmitako. While the northern roots of the owner are reflected in the cooking, there are also local dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The space, which has a bar and tables, is full of character. The original décor with vintage objects and bottles displayed in cabinets, gives it a nostalgic charm. A great find.
