"Nomadic cuisine" is perhaps the best way to describe the philosophy behind this restaurant. The concept takes shape through two tasting menus that change every three months, taking diners on a journey across different corners of the world. Each course makes a stop in a different country, with influences that may travel from Mexico to Peru or from Brazil to Japan. It all takes place in a tastefully decorated and cosy dining room.
