Almadraba bluefin tuna is the indisputable star of the show here. It’s used raw, in rice and pasta dishes, and in stews. The spicy bluefin tuna croissant, jamón de mar (cured tuna belly cut like Iberian jam), nigiri croquette and flame-grilled parpatana (tuna neck) are just some of the creations on the varied and original à la carte menu. The wine list is mainly focused on sherries and wines from Cádiz. A spacious venue with different ambiances and a bar counter area with an open kitchen for those who like to watch chefs in action. Closed in the winter. Perfect for tuna lovers.
