Tucked away in the Santa Lucía countryside, just outside Vejer, this grill house speaks one language: fire. The grill is loaded with top-quality meat and distinctive breeds, with Retinto and Rubia Gallega taking centre stage. T-bone steaks, entrecôtes, fillets, Iberian pork and lamb are all cooked with great precision. The wine list complements the food nicely and service is warm and unhurried. Dining is outdoors, surrounded by greenery, with heaters under the tables when the temperature drops. Open from March to October. A temple for anyone who loves good meat and the grill.
