This restaurant in Zahara de los Atunes is only open in the evenings to pay homage to the region's star product: tuna. The menu takes an international and signature approach, with finely tuned dishes and a creative twist. The menu features tataki, tartare, parpatana and a spicy tuna tartare saam that leaves a lasting impression, along with other dishes outside the world of tuna. The experience is accompanied by an interesting wine cellar. Located inside the Meliá Zahara Hotel, the space is intimate, with few tables and a relaxed atmosphere. Only open in summer. A good alternative in the hotel.
