Produce from their own organic garden and long, slow simmering define a cuisine where the seasons take the lead. Marrueco, a typical local stew, is one of their star dishes, alongside pisto, asparagus and grilled meats. Be sure to ask for extra bread to dip in the sauces. The staff are delightful and make you feel at home. A clear reminder that here traditional stews are more alive than ever.
