Chef Paco Villar reinvents traditional recipes with contemporary techniques and original twists. He uses seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients from local producers. The offering comprises three tasting menus, one of which is vegetarian, featuring beautifully presented dishes, lots of flavour and with a strong focus on vegetables.  You can order wine by the glass. The dining room has linen-draped tables, a semi-open kitchen and tasteful décor. A pleasant experience.
