Signature cuisine in a unique setting, in the La Caminera Hotel, a hunting estate with spa, golf course and even an aerodrome. Young chef Miguel Ángel Expósito reinterprets Manchegan cuisine with modern techniques and emphasising local products. The proposal revolves around three tasting menus inspired by local ingredients and game. The wine cellar is treated with care and expertise. The dining room, with its bare oak and olive wood tables, also reflects the surrounding landscape, offering breathtaking countryside views. A sensory experience in a unique setting.
