In this traditional manor house, once known as the Casa de Boticaria, diners can now enjoy homestyle cooking with local roots. True to Castilian-Manchegan tradition, the flavour of the region and seasonal ingredients, the menu includes dishes such as garlic soup, Manchego fried cheese, stewed beans with partridge or Iberian pork cheeks. In season, game and mushrooms are always a sure bet. It is also worth enquiring in advance about the made-to-order dishes, which are well worth it.
