Located in a spacious farmhouse in the Ripollès region, with accommodation and excellent mountain views, this inn with almost three hundred years of history hides a high-level restaurant inside. Francesc Rovira presents his haute cuisine through an à la carte menu and three tasting menus, where tradition is brought up to date with technique and creativity. Seasonal, local products take centre stage in apparently simple preparations, but with excellent results. The service can feel somewhat cold and distant, especially in a house with such a long history. Even so, it is well worth making the journey to this small village to discover its cuisine and enjoy the area.
