L'Eixida

Fusion cuisine in one of the prettiest towns of Baix Empordà. Located in a country house, the establishment has two dining rooms, an open kitchen and a fantastic outdoor terrace. Their glocal cuisine is based on local products with nods to other cultures. The result can be seen in their original and flavourful dishes, such as the foie mi-cuit from the Empordà with lemon curd, crumbled biscuit and tea ice cream, the Catalan fish stew with a Peruvian twist, the suckling pig with Cuban mojo sauce and their signature rice dishes. They also offer two tasting menus and a set lunch menu. A great experience, only for the open-minded.
