Fusion cuisine in a minimalist room with urban décor and a lovely wooden bar in Girona. Mixture of traditions and styles with Asian touches. Impeccable modern presentations on pretty and varied dishes. Menu designed to share and surprise: it’s difficult to choose. Steak tartare, marinated sardines, octopus with sobrasada sausage, cod cheeks and the focaccia with shrimp tartare which is a real treat. Somewhat short wine list. Eating at the bar counter is a real show, as you can watch the love and dedication that Sito, proprietor and chef, puts in every dish. A great little restaurant!
