After a long career in Granada’s haute cuisine scene, Álvaro Arriaga is changing tack and returning to his roots. At this restaurant, he serves traditional Basque cuisine, where the ingredients, the grill and time-honoured recipes take centre stage. Pintxos, stews, meat dishes and, in particular, whole fish find their best ally in the fire. Much of the ingredients come directly from the Basque Country and northern Navarre. The menu can be enjoyed at the lively bar area or in the small dining room. A house with deep roots, excellent products and plenty of flavour.
