Founded in 1989, this is the older sister of Le Bistró by El Conjuro in Granada. Brothers Antonio and Daniel Lorenzo began their culinary journey alongside their parents at this former family-run inn, which has now become a landmark on the Costa Tropical. The cuisine places particular emphasis on seafood and rice dishes, one of the restaurant’s hallmarks. Must-try dishes include the kimuchi tuna, pig’s ear with a Jerez-style sauce and eel, and the delicate tuna and carbonara lasagne. A cosy bar area allows guests to enjoy the menu in a more informal setting.
