Chef Iván Mateo presents his creativity through two tasting menus that change with the season and explore the local ingredients from Motril, the Costa Tropical and the province of Granada. Fish is the main protagonist. Herb and mushroom croquettes, marinated cherry tomatoes, rock red mullet and a selection of bread with oil and homemade butter are just a few examples of the dishes that you can find. The attentive, efficient service explains each dish and wine in detail. The chef comes out at the end to greet and chat with diners, a nice touch. A pleasant experience in Motril.
