Near the A-2, in a rural guesthouse next to Torija Castle, you’ll find this family-run grill restaurant with a traditional style. Their specialities are roast kid and suckling pig, which must be ordered in advance. The menu features classic dishes such as migas castellanas (fried breadcrumbs with pork), duelos y quebrantos (scrambled eggs with chorizo and pork) and pisto alcarreño (La Alcarria-style vegetable stew).
