With half a century of history, this restaurant is one of the best-known in the province, famous for their traditional roasts and bravas potatoes. There is no written menu here: dishes are announced and recommended on the spot. The roast kid goat, from their own livestock, is unbeatable, though the pork scratchings, picadillo, asadurilla (offal stew) or classic stewed potatoes are also big favourites. A family atmosphere, homemade cooking and top-quality ingredients are combined with warm, down-to-earth service. The very rustic space also boasts a large terrace on the village square. More than just a meal, it’s a whole experience.
