This house, opened in 1976, has become a classic in Leintz Gatzaga. The stone-and-wood venue retains a traditional décor and has a pleasant covered, glass-enclosed terrace. The cuisine is rooted in tradition, with time-honoured recipes and excellent hearty stews. Standouts include the soupy rice with lobster and the beans with baby squid.
