This grill house works on three premises: grill, seasonality and tradition. High-quality fish and meat have their turn on the grill, but you can also enjoy their seasonal starters like the ziza mushroom scramble or the teardrop peas. A good wine list that plays it safe, with great wines. Everything is served up in a traditional Basque farmhouse, where the wooden-beamed ceiling is paired with a modern touch and carefully executed lighting. Linen-draped tables and service appropriate to the establishment. A good grill house, quiet and comforting.
