Unassuming premises in the Amara district run by the former head chef of the Saigón restaurant at the María Cristina Hotel. An extensive, varied à la carte menu of traditional Cantonese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. The perfect place for dim sum lovers, among the best in the city. The special chicken and truffle dish and the duck with foie gras are a must. Also excellent are the sea bass with ginger and the baos. All great quality. Fast, efficient staff. Their experience shows.
