An elegant dining room with a fireplace and classic mise en scène, with draperies, large tables covered in salmon-coloured tablecloths, and well uniformed waiting staff. They have remained loyal to Basque cuisine and to seasonal ingredients. The fried dishes made with Orly batter, the eggs à la Périgord, the baby Norway lobster ravioli, and the game are an absolute must. A great selection of cheeses and wines. Efficient waiting staff worthy of several awards. A must for lovers of classic establishments.
