Small hipster-style place where the oven fired with holm oak wood rules the roost. Fun pizzas, some off-menu, made with local seasonal ingredients. From courgette blossoms to Iberian chorizo, game, tripe and truffles on a magnificently baked crust. They also use the oven to bake Galician potatoes, vegetables and desserts. Pizza on a dignified new level. Exceeds expectations. Very friendly staff.
