This restaurant, which has been in business since 1998 and is situated in a small hotel, has built up a loyal clientele thanks to its carefully prepared cuisine and friendly service. In a prime location overlooking Mount Jaizkibel, it boasts a spacious dining room with linen-draped tables and large windows. The menu combines Basque cuisine with French influences in carefully prepared dishes such as baked spider crab, hake with clams or, for dessert, Basque cake.
