Three tables inside a restored train carriage at the Canfranc International Station set the scene for this unique tasting menu experience crafted by Chef Eduardo Salanova. His goal is to revive Aragonese culinary heritage through regional flavours, textures and ingredients, with a noticeable French influence. The highly professional service and the excellent wine cellar are in the hands of Ana Acín. The journey begins right on the station platform.
