In this small spot of the Aragonese Pyrenees, on the banks of the River Yaga, Cristina and Rubén offer a tasting menu that celebrates the local territory. The sturgeon from the nearby Cinca, the leeks with a light pilpil and the tender ternasco suckling lamb speak clearly of origin, accompanied by a wine cellar that looks towards Somontano and warm, attentive service. The dining room, with only three tables for a maximum of eight guests, is set beneath a stone vault in what used to be the stables of a family home. A stop that is well worth the detour.
