Fire leads the way and the menu revolves around the wood-fired oven, where they prepare flavourful rice dishes, perfectly cooked vegetables and meats with just the right ageing. The valley lamb arrives tender and juicy, and the homemade desserts round things off nicely. In addition to the à la carte menu, they offer a set menu, a tasting menu and one focused on rice dishes.
