María Solivellas (Ca Na Toneta) takes the reins of the iconic Ca’n Marrón to revive the island’s culinary traditions. In a rustic space with tasteful décor, the menu features dishes such as frit de safarnària, squid in its ink with sobrasada and sweet potato, "dirty" rice or meatballs with cuttlefish. Particularly noteworthy is the laid-back selection of bulk wines, sourced from local wineries and made exclusively with grape varieties native to the island. An authentic and welcoming space that evokes the essence of traditional cellers.
