This small bistro in the centre of Palma offers market-fresh cuisine with signature touches and good judgement. The short menu changes every two weeks, featuring dishes such as anchovies with butter and gnocchi with cockles and roe. To drink, there is only water and a thoughtfully curated selection of wines. The limited seating, split between the bar and the tables, creates an intimate atmosphere where everything flows naturally. Abraham and his team clearly care about every detail and are genuinely involved. It is well worth following their advice on both food and wine. Booking is essential. A project with real soul.
