The cuisine is based on seasonal ingredients and blends tradition with creative touches. Sophisticated and surprisingly original dishes. They also serve artisan bread and offer olive oil tastings. The andrajos (a type of rabbit stew) and the lamb mille-feuille are highly recommended. An enjoyable experience in Úbeda.
