With no great initial pretensions, Raúl and Laura have managed to create a minimalist space in Haro’s main square. They offer market-fresh cuisine of excellent execution and even better flavour to a handful of diners. Through a balanced menu, they present daily specials that surprise with their versatility. The fried artichokes served in truffled asparagus soup with poached egg and the tuna tataki with romesco and asparagus leave no first-time customer indifferent. From there, the menu moves on to seafood, meats and classic Riojan roasts. Service is warm and personal, as both owners—without additional staff—ensure everything runs smoothly.
