The Echaurren Group’s most relaxed restaurant. Cosy space with old-fashioned flooring and large wooden tables to create a family atmosphere. Simple, delicious classical recipes that highlight the value of tradition and friendly service. Run by members of the family with courtesy and loving attention to every detail. There's a flexible menu that is perfect for sharing. Short list of locally sourced wines. Only open from Friday evening to Sunday at midday. In summer, it moves to the Arboleda del Sur, an estate on the outskirts of Ezcaray, where the opening hours are extended and guests can enjoy the pleasant weather.
