In a neighbourhood of wineries, Guillermo transformed a winery into a warm, family-style space with just a few tables. Here, they serve traditional grapevine-smoked lamb chops, sautéed sweetbreads, Iberian pork presa, and the finest produce: artichokes, asparagus, leeks and peppers. And of course, excellent Rioja wines at reasonable prices. Their varied Rioja-style cuisine, complemented by top-quality preserves, make this a popular place. The future looks promising under the guidance of Guillermo Jr.
