Carlos and Ignacio Echapresto started out decades ago with a traditional restaurant, the kind of place where locals would faithfully return to enjoy good food. Over time, one learned the ropes in the kitchen while the other became an expert in wine, and together, with the help of a great team, they have built an innovative restaurant. Their high-quality tasting menus are accompanied by an extensive wine cellar. Their current offering focuses on organic produce and products, which is why they are constantly renewing their cuisine. A very appealing project.
