Restaurant located in the hotel of the same name in the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees. Large picture windows with views of the mountains and linen-draped tables. Updated Catalan cuisine following a slow food philosophy with an emphasis on local ingredients. Meticulous attention to detail. À la carte options and several tasting menus. Llavaneras peas, white kidney beans and cannelloni, and the delicious mel i mató (fresh cheese and honey) for dessert. A great experience.
