This small gastronomic gem needs nothing more than a bar counter, four tables and around twenty diners to shine brightly. Jaime and Claudia offer a short but bold menu with Asian influences and a strong focus on local, seasonal ingredients. Standouts include the girella brioche with za’atar mayo and the organic chicken Magnum with kimchi mayo. Be sure to try their homemade sourdough bread and save room for dessert. Sitting at the bar is highly recommended to watch the chefs in action and chat with them. You can tell they want to do things well. A must-visit.
