Creative cuisine deeply rooted in the territory, using seasonal ingredients from the area. The restaurant is set up in an old cowshed surrounded by fields near Lleida. Their mainstays are fruit, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and flame-grilled dishes. They prepare their dishes in an oven of their own design that allows for full control of the flame and its aromas. Original dishes such as ravioli with escalivada, suckling pig with citrus fruits and Lleida pears in wine or Xisqueta lamb with cinnamon. Everything is delicious. You’ll want to go back! A must in Lleida.
