The varied and attractive à la carte menu is accompanied by different suggestions and menus that change every day. The standouts are the frog legs with mango and chili pepper, Madrid-style tripe and steak tartare. For dessert, they do a superb tiramisu. Pleasant staff and reasonable prices. Interesting wine list. One of the best options in Las Rozas.
