Eighteenth-century mansion house with its unique long balconies and views of Chinchón’s main square. Different dining rooms and terraces and a spectacular leafy central courtyard. Traditional Castilian food featuring timeless classics. The wood-fired roasted suckling lamb is a must. As are the house scrambled eggs, the croquettes made from stewed meat, the grilled ribeye steak and the hake cocochas. On Wednesdays they serve cocido madrileño. Very traditional wine list.
