Restaurant and bullfighting tavern that opened in 1941 and has become an institution in Aranjuez. Different dining rooms spread across two floors and a terrace. Traditional cooking based on popular classic recipes. Good bar counter for a seafood, cold cut or cured meat snack. In the dining room, the house specials are ratatouille and marinated tuna, snails, frog's legs, seafood salad and tripe. The meat cuts and some of the fish dishes are also good choices.
