Project by Grupo Carbón located inside the NH Collection Paseo del Prado Hotel. This Madrid bistro has a bar area with high tables and views of the Plaza de Neptuno and a good outdoor terrace. The menu has a casual character with French touches, fun dishes and lots of informal bites. Potato salad with pickled ingredients, croque monsieur, mussels with fries, bouillabaisse soup and Strogonoff tenderloin among the dishes on the menu. They also serve breakfast and fun cocktails. A traditional bistro that doesn’t disappoint.
