The à la carte menu brings together some of the chef’s most iconic dishes alongside creations designed for this restaurant. The nitro tomato, Norway lobster carpaccio, grilled bluefin tuna belly and classic Rossini burger never fail. There is a set lunch menu and brunch on Sundays. There are two central bars with a snack menu and non-stop kitchen service from breakfast through to drinks. A must in the area.
