Established in 1970, this was one of the first Argentinian restaurants to open its doors in Madrid. During the years it has been modernizing and adapting to the new times. The multi-functional premises are split onto two floors and there is a cocktail bar. The simple, elegant decor creates a cosy, inviting atmosphere. Although the menu includes a few nods to Spanish cuisine, its star dishes are grilled meats such as steak, entrecôte, bife (loin) or T-bone; empanada pasties and Provoleta cheese. They offer set lunch menus and the cellar is stocked with good wines. Impeccable service.
